Just wanted to touch base with an update on the progress of Twinklight. Three of the lead actors are coming in tomorrow and filming will begin ;-)

Some rumors about the film being shelved indefinitely are inaccurate. We have spent the past six weeks or so building sets and getting everything ready. As I mentioned, this is unlike anything I've done before. We're hand building/painting each set, which has looked amazing on test shots.

Look out for some teaser trailers, behind the scene footage over the next few weeks.

Take care,

Afton

Twinklight Update: Cast Changes

There's going to be some cast changes in the film due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of everybody's control. This has not at all affected the time line in filming, only a few of the cast members that were previously selected, who committed to the film prior.

Due to job related issues, Krys Perez and Michael Greenway were unable to commit to filming in December, so they have been re-cast with new actors. From my understanding, Michael Greenway has decided not to do adult work any longer. There was the option of postponing filming until January to include Krys, however Krys was unable to commit 100% and I don't want to put this off for one more minute as I've had to constantly make adjustments to the time-line since June of this year. The show must go on...

There are also issues surrounding Philippe Delvaux appearing in the film as well, but we are currently in talks with attorneys and immigration to see what our options are. It would break both mine and Philippe's heart if he's unable to play his role in Twinklight, so know that we are both doing everything in our power to ensure his involvement. There are some new 2257 regulations in place as well as immigration laws that may prevent him from coming in, but only time will tell. In the event Philippe is not able to be in Twinklight, I have every intention of working with him when it's legally possible whether it's the sequel or another project, if he's available and interested of course.

Lastly, Turk Mason (formerly Turk Melrose how I knew him) may not be able to appear due to scheduling conflicts as well. His schedule only allows him to be filmed first part of January, and I'm unsure I can accommodate his request. I want this film completed by the end of the year.

The official cast won't be posted until filming has commenced. We all know at times actors get cast, who change their minds last minute, cancel out, etc. so rather than keep releasing new cast lists, I will keep the final cast to myself until it's on film ;-)

I know everybody is anticipating the release of this film, so I just want to keep everybody up to speed with what's going on.

My crew and myself are working very hard on the sets, pre-production and are eagerly awaiting it's completion. Filming officially commences on December 13, 2009 running through the 21st.

Twinklight may not just be the best work I've released to date, but might end up being the best gay hardcore release this year if not ever. I'm filming with a new style and equipment that will make this the closest thing to film I've ever shot. Some of the test shots have been amazing, which I'll share with you soon.

More to come soon, cheers.

Afton

Twinklight News

Today is Sunday, November 22, 2009 two days before my birthday. Joy ;-) Soon I'll be 36 years old. Such a strange thing to realize how old you are, even though I feel so much younger. Perhaps it's because I'm always surrounded by the youngins that come in for work.

Anyway, I wanted to touch up on the development of Twinklight, which is coming along quite nicely. If you haven't already seen my morphed vampire look on youtube, check it out. Daniel was nice enough to be my working model, who by the way is not in the film...:

I wanted to get away from the actors needing to have fake teeth in their mouth. It always seems to have an impact on their speech when they talk. I dressed up as a vampire for Halloween, put the fake teeth in which were very hard to mold to my teeth, even though I only used caps for my k9's. I'd rather the vampires teeth come alive when they have to. So, I've played around with some special effects and have come up with something I feel good about.

Also, the contacts were very hard to get used to, so again I played with some special effects and came up with a way to morph the eyes as needed.

My goal with Twinklight has always been to release something unlike anything I have before. And seen for that matter. I have high expectations for this film, not just from myself but the actors as well.

The cast that was chosen for this film were chosen for many reasons. I wasn't solely making my decision based on an actor's look, more his ability to perform both sexually and in roles. There are only a few characters that have been cast whom I haven't worked with that were chosen based on their look/physique. The rest have all worked with me, or have auditioned via webcam or in person.

For those who were not chosen, I don't want you to hold any harsh feelings on the matter. You have all been great to work with and hope to continue to work with you in the future. The decisions made were necessary in order to make sure the production runs smoothly and we are able to get what we need in the time we have scheduled. So don't take it personally if you weren't cast as it has no bearing on my interest to work with you on other projects. I could not put everybody I wanted to in this film, and I hope those who auditioned understand that my decisions were not personal.

So what's up next for the film? Well, we start filming the weekend after Thanksgiving, and run until December 15 with a full schedule of filming Twinklight and other material. We are all working very hard to get a release before the end of the year. Fingers crossed...

We'll be using a lot of filming techniques during the process which will include some blue/green screening for special effects, fight sequences, etc. I have spent the last few weeks finalizing the touches on allowing for these things to be in place and am eager and excited to get them going.

I'm currently working on some other special effects that I'll share with you soon once I've finalized them.

Will keep everyone posted as things develop. Trailers, behind the scenes stuff, etc. will be shared as we move forward.

Cheers,

Afton

Set Building

So It Begins...

Aaron Tyler....Twinklight?

I can not share enough with you how tiring this industry can truly be when dealing with the twink actors/models. I do try my best to bite my tongue, but there are times when I feel the need to speak my mind and share my side of what I experience with these young adults.

Time to time, there comes an opportunity to work with an actor who's done some work with other producers, which is usually a blessing. These guys are used to having a camera in their face, used to baring all in front of complete strangers. Some are great to work with, have great attitudes. Others are full of drama and all about being in the spotlight. And of course, there's the really difficult ones that just don't work out.

Chase Harding & Aaron Tyler text me out of the blue one night months ago while they were in town. Asked me if I was interested in filming some scenes with the two of them. I of course already worked with Chase, heard about Aaron, never had that opportunity being exclusive with Helix, so I had interest. But when it came down to how much they wanted to be paid. Well, I've received some ridiculous rates before, but they wanted me to put them up for a week in a penthouse suite at the Wynn Hotel & Casino here in Vegas. And if I agreed, I'd receive a discounted rate to use them in scenes. A discounted rate? When we're talking about a 10,000 tab plus to put someone up at a penthouse suite at the Wynn for a week, who in their right mind would entertain this idea?? I of course, politely declined.

In a recent blog over at Aaron Tylers blog he goes on to talk about sleazy producers, now including me of course because he and I were unable to negotiate a rate for him to appear in Twinklight. He left out his initial email on his blog, which I'll post below.

It amazes me that I go from having his respect, and him saying how well I treat my actors, that he would love to work with me, to being a slime ball producer, trying to take advantage of actors because he couldn't come forward with a rate. I want everybody to know I NEVER turned down Aaron's rate, because he simply never gave me one. And for someone who's been in this industry to not know how much he wanted to be paid is complete bull shit. When I was going to work with Brent Corrigan, he gave me his rate. Turk Melrose, gave me his rate. Ralph Woods, gave me his rate. Now just because I may not be able to pay these actors their rates, certainly doesn't make me a slime ball.

About a month ago, I received an email from Aaron, which read:
I hope everything is going great for you. And that you are having a great year. You have amazing work and although I know there was ALOT of drama caused by alot of people, I wanted you to know man to man, that it was never my intention to cause any bad blood between us. I have always wanted to work with you and hope that, that is still a possibility someday. Also, whatever anyone said about a rate in regard to me to you is BS. I know how the economy is and I also know that you film 1000's of guys and dont need any divas or people with bs. I hope you can accept my apology for not talkin to you face to face on this matter! And also, for any thing anyone has said I said or did which isnt true, I have always had the upmost respect for you, from the way I have seen that you treat your models to the way that you film great work.

Yours truly,

Aaron Tyler

So, in response to his email that he sent me above, I asked him if he would be interested in joining the Twinklight cast.

The rest of our conversations went into negotiation about how much money he would be paid. That we of course had issues with before. I wanted to know what his going rate was, as almost every actor has a going rate. I understand an actor wants to get as much money as he possibly wants, but almost everybody knows my rates. So if I have the ability to increase a rate, I need to have justification to do this. It has nothing to do with being a slime ball in this industry. When you make a film, you have a budget and the most important element in film making is the budget. 99% of the time you're going to go over budget. But if and when you do, you need to be able to justify it's overage somehow. If it's getting an actor in that has a large following that will add a few hundred, thousand DVD sales, then you take that into account and try to meet the actor in his request. This was my intention with Aaron. I wanted to know his following, I wanted to know when he was last filmed, how many scenes he did, and how much approximately he was compensated.

Instead of coming back with a ball park, he directed me to his agent because he says it was getting too complicated. Couldn't he simply return with 500-800/scene, or 1000-2000/scene, etc. ? I can move my numbers around my budget however I need to make them work, and my intention was to try my best to meet Aarons rate best way I could. Unfortunately, he didn't want to share his rate, in which case I thanked him for his time. Given the circumstances, my feelings were his initial email to me was BS. I'm not new to this, I've been doing this for 8 years now and if an actor really truly wants to work with me, he's going to show that in his communication. He cut it off when he directed me to his agent, as he didn't initially direct me there.

When it comes to paying an actor for scenes on a website, I have specific budget and actors are paid on a scale from beginning to experienced rates. They fall well within the going rate of web scenes. I'm told from actors I pay more. Some actors I'm told I pay less. None the less, both of these types of actors come back for work and I pay what my budget allows. I've worked with actors that receive thousands of dollars per scene who take less to work with me. Actors who come back time and time again. Why do you think that is? Because I'm a slime ball trying to take advantage of them? Anybody who's actually worked with me knows that not to be true.

When it comes to features, the budget is completely different. Actors are NOT paid the same rates as they are for web scenes. They are paid more. And their pay is all dependent on their experience, ability to perform, looks, audience, etc. Many factors go into their pay, and if an actor is NOT willing to put a price out there, he'll never know if that price can be met. Aaron Tyler knows what his worth is, he knows what he wants to be paid per scene. He knows what I pay, he knows my work, he said so in his initial email to me on facebook. So, why make things difficult and send me to an agent? Simply give me your asking rate and I'll tell you if I can meet it or not. Plain and simple. End of story.

I hold nothing against Aaron Tyler, I don't know him well enough to cast any judgment onto him. But with my experience with him, it didn't feel like he was serious about working with me, so we went our separate ways. No harm, no foul. Aaron knows me well enough to know I don't like to deal with drama even though it comes creeping on my door all the time. If Aaron is willing to come forward with his rate, I'd be happy to let him know if I can meet it or not. It is not personal, it's business and if my budget allows for it, I'll certainly do it.

If Aaron decides not to work, I wish him the best in his future.

Jeremy Sommers Joins Twinklight

I'm happy to announce that the very cute, Jeremy Sommers will be taking one of the lead parts in Twinklight. Jeremy has done some work with me over the past months and has shown great ability to act and perform. Not only is he a great performer, but he's very fun to work with. He's a great addition to this film.

I'm happy to have him on board and am excited to see his performance in this ground breaking film.

You'll be able to read more about his character and other characters at the official website in the coming weeks, www.twinklightthemovie.com

Cheers,

Afton

Update

Okay so a lot of people have been asking me what is up lately. What I've been up to, etc.

Some of you may have known I was in Europe on vacation for awhile, which I'm back from. I had a blast, I really enjoyed Germany almost didn't want to come home, lol. I really encourage everyone to at sometime in their lifetime go check out Germany if not more. It has so much history and the people were incredible.

People keep asking me about this Twink Blood film. I've been getting some anonymous comments on my blog that I've been out done, beat to the punch, etc. Ugh. Did the producers get the idea from me? I don't know I'm not in touch with the producers of Twink Blood. It doesn't really matter where the idea came from or who's the first at releasing something, at least from my point of view. I didn't come up with the ideas for my films to be the first at releasing them. That wasn't my intent behind their creation. I can say their film has nothing to do with me or mine. I wish them the best with their release.

I've always been fascinated with vampires and found them to be very homoerotic. I felt the mix of a great vampire story and hot sex would make the perfect combination for one of my features. This is something I've been thinking up for quite a long time now, I'm just not in a rush to release something just so I can be the first to release it. It's important that my film has the right actors involved, the right crew, right locations, storyline, etc. It's full conceptualization has been in the works for the past three months now. And this will show when you pick up your copy.

My intention with Twinklight is to bring the industry and audience something they've never seen before. Not just the idea of vampire twinks, which I came up with years ago, but how the sex is filmed, how the actors act, the sets they work in, the sound track, etc. I want to give you a great story that you want to watch from start to finish. Give you some of the most erotic, best action you've seen from me. And for that to happen, it all needs to be properly prepared before I hit record on the camera. The quality of this film will be unlike anything I've ever shot and I'm extremely confident the work will stand on it's own. I've been in touch with some great musical artists so the music and soundtrack flow perfectly with the theme of the film. There's so many goodies I have planned and lots to be excited about, so hang in there a little while longer and I promise you won't be disappointed with what I release in the coming months.

So again, hang in there. The wait is worth it and I'm extremely excited to start filming next month. As far as a release date, I don't have that for you right now but am working hard to make sure it's released before the end of the year. There's a lot more steps involved with this particular film, so the time table is a bit different from my prior releases.

Cheers,

Afton Nills

ACTOR FLAKES AGAIN!

Guys,

Just wanted you to know that Alex Halston on the network, who's now being banned of course has flaked on me.

I booked his Non Refundable flight on Friday. He accidentally missed the flight according to him. So he asked me to book him another flight out for Saturday, was 100% sure, etc. etc. Well, called today, flight was canceled.

Not only will he be black listed of course, but this will be the first actor I sue. My attorney will be filing charges with him to collect the flight fare and other damages.

Please, let this be a lesson. If you are NOT going to follow through and your flights are booked, you will pay the damages, and believe me when I say it will not be a fun event.

I'm tired of the flakes, and I'm tired of the lack of maturity that comes from these types.

Remove your profiles if you have any intentions of acting as this actor did and save us all a lot of time, energy and money.

Regards,

Afton

New Releases

So much to report lately, sorry I've been extremely busy these past few weeks filming new content, designing DVD covers, etc.

First off, my next two releases this month will be Tasty Twinks and Lollipop Twinks. And I'm not the only producer involved. It seems other Producers have been burned by actors as well who are tired of the flakes, etc.

I've created a private network for Producers only where we can talk to each other about the actors we work with, the actors who burn us, etc. It's not just a list where we ban actors, but also a place for us to work together sharing our experience with the actors we work with, which can result in more work for the actors, which I feel is a very positive thing.

For those producers who have joined, glad to have you and look forward to a new way for us to work together. For those who haven't and are interested, get in touch with me through my email address.

Thanks,

Afton

July Shoot Update

So far, the shoot has been going great! Been filming some great stuff, and the four actors that are here have done an outstanding job.

On board here we have, Brendan Tyler, Jason Creed, Gabriel Kelly, and Lucas Sky who left us on Thursday night. Levon Meeks will be joining us tonight and through the week to pick up another four of five scenes.

Last night we shot a great scene. Jason Creed & Brendan Tyler star in this scene which involves Jason giving Brendan a Tarot Card reading that leads into some hot fun.

Will post more when I have time ;-)

Afton

Comments & Producers Need To work With Eachother!

For those of you who follow my blog and like to leave comments, such as this one about my most recent two actors who were a no show:
"Perhaps its because they realized that your studio is not worth working for...guys like Rad and Chase made the right decision to not work with you!"

There's no reason why an actor would think this for one. I've worked with hundreds of actors over the last seven years, 99% of which have loved working with my studio and myself and vice versa. The other 1%, simply didn't work out, like in any other business. If they chose to be bitter about the decision not to be brought back for work, that's really up to them, but has never been a personal decision on my part. Even those actors who chose to be that way, I have, nor has anyone who works with and for me held anything against any of them. They just weren't what I was looking for, for whatever reason. Whether it be their ability to perform, or their looks, etc. There are requirements you know, and not everyone will work out. It's not personal.

As far as Rad, not really sure why he'd try to come in for work for over a month, every weekend, then all the sudden decide not to. Sounds to me like he received some bad info from an actor or producer who had some influence on his decision. I'm confident had he chosen to come in and try it out, he'd still be coming in for work.

Chase, well we all know what happened there. Chase did not make the decision not to work for me, I chose not to work with him after his demand of higher pay and insisting he be put on the cover. Matter of fact, he and I had text conversation shortly after that decision, and he was very much interested in working for and with me, as our previous discussion seemed to be more of a misunderstanding.

Feel free to come to my blog and post your remarks, I welcome them all, good or bad. But don't come and make comments such as these and remain anonymous. Stand behind your comments and remarks, otherwise, I just reject your comments and nobody sees them. I of course won't be approving any comments that are simply rude, no need for those comments. If you have worked for me, and chosen not to for whatever reason, feel free to share that reason with my blog, I have no issues with that. But don't just leave a comment such as the one above and not say why you feel that way. Those comments are obviously just bitter comments, and rude you know? Why do you think their decision not to work with me as you say, was a good decision? Because I'm such a difficult person? Because I don't pay enough money? Because the work I do is shitty quality? I mean, you must have a reason why you feel this way.

I know there are producers out there that don't care for me, even though I really don't know any of them personally, nor them me. I've heard the comments from actors that come in saying how some were rejected for work because they chose to work with me. Such a ridiculous thing to do. Actors need work, and none of the producers are 'in competition' with each other. They only become and make themselves competition when they start denying work to an actor because they worked with another studio. Don't punish the actor because they don't have issues with another producer, they have nothing to do with it. It's one thing for a producer not to work with another actor because that producer shared his experience with that actor, I've had producers ask me for my feedback on an actor before. But it's another thing to not work the actor simply because the actor chooses to work for me. Why punish him, he's just trying to make a living like we are in this very bad economy.

I have nothing against any fellow producers in this industry, quite frankly I don't know any of them well enough to have anything against them. Producers should be working together, not against each other. I mean, look at the two actors that just fucked me on this shoot. These two actors had no reason to be a no show, making me think that all along they were coming in, letting me book their flights, then on the day of the flight, not telling me they were not coming. They were in contact with me consistently up until that day and said nothing of the sort. There was no reason for any of these guys to have a grudge towards me to act this way. One of them has never worked in the industry. Producers should ban these actors from working, because there may come a time they feel like fucking one of them out of a flight and waste their time.

I would like to start an online community where we as producers can connect and talk about the actors we work with. I realize some of the producers like to have exclusive actors, which is fine. But those who aren't exclusive by us working together, we can provide the actor with more work. A win win situation for everyone. We can also create a black list of actors who decide to be unprofessional, like the two who chose to waste my time and fuck my shoot this last week.

So if you're a producer, and you'd like to get something like this started, contact me and let's start working together. Spite what any actor might say to you, I don't know anything about how you run your business and have nothing against any of you.

Cheers,

Afton

Robert Another Actor No Show

Well, my sixth actor scheduled also was a no show. Gave no notice of not coming in, nothing. Spoke to him on Instant Messenger over the weekend, telling me everything was set to go.

I'm am so sick and tired of these twinky actors fucking me on flights and wasting my time.

I'm going to be putting a new policy in effect starting immediately which will require a signed agreement with actors prior to booking them for their flights and for the shoot.

And everyone wonders why it's taking so long to cast Twinklight? It's because actors who have no respect for the business or themselves who take the spot of another actor who would have had the professionalism to follow through, at the very least give me enough notice to get another actor in.

Fucking bull shit!

Afton

Tyler Bolt, No Show!

Just got back from the airport, Tyler Bolt former/present Helix Actor was booked for my shoot this week. Assured me 100% he'd be here. Texted me saying he would never commit to something and not show. Before booking his flight, wanted to be sure he'd make it out. Texts giving me that assurance. Well, just another example of how some of these actors work.

If you're a producer, I encourage you not to work with this actor, unless you don't mind getting stiffed for a flight. Very disappointing.

Thing that bothers me most, I emailed him on myspace today asking him if he was all packed, and he replied, no not yet, working on it. You know, if someone changes their mind about coming in, that's not a problem. Simply let me know so I can cancel your flight and get a replacement. But to just tell someone you're going to show, and you don't, well it's not like you just didn't show up for your 8 hour shift at SubWay, you fuck up a film production that has taken a great deal of time and money to put together.

I had six actors scheduled to come in, now I'm down to five. Let's see how many will actually show.

Ugh!

New Trailer

What do you guys think of this new trailer?

Afton's Actor Network Site Launched

I finally got up my new actor's network/casting website. I had so many issues with my actor's application that I decided to go one step further and add a networking site for actor's who've worked/work with me and those interested.

I feel it's important that the actors have a place to connect to ask questions on what it's like to work with me. It gives them an opportunity to hear it straight from the horses mouth, rather than haters who really have no clue. We all know who those people are ;-).

It's set up much like a myspace. Each actor creates/updates his profile, adds his photos. Which is great because so many actors look change from day to day. There's an Event's feature where I post all upcoming film shoots so actors can inquire in time to be cast. It has a News feature as well so I can update everyone on the progress of current and future events.

I feel this is a great addition and I look forward to it's growth.

Simply go to www.aftonnills.com to sign up or check it out.

Cheers,

Afton

Managers and Agencies, Ugh!

For the past seven years, while I've been in this industry as a Producer/Director, I have always cast my own actors. I spend countless hours online going through websites, talking to guys interested in working, etc. and have never had a problem putting together a great cast of guys.

Recently, I decided to give the agencies a try. I thought perhaps I can save a lot of time and energy by using guys who have already been screened, etc. by these agents.

I sent over my interests, about 20 actors. Out of them all, only one was available. Why send me over 30 actors if only one is able to work? There was this one really cute one that I asked over and over about. Never got an answer to his availability. On top of this, if I wanted to use an actor with this agency, I had to pay the agency a per scene rate on top of the actors fee. What is that all about? I've heard of finders fees, which I still feel is ridiculous, but a per scene fee on top of the actors per scene rate? Without producers, the actors have no work. If we have to pay per scene rates on top of actor per scene rates, I imagine a lot of these actors are going to lose a great deal of work with producers. For fucks sake, I'd be out of business if I had to do that for every actor I used. I'm not in business to employ an agency who merely sends a photo of an actor. And I'm sure the actor must also pay the agency. This is robbery my friends. The actors per scene rate was within the budget, but as soon as I had to add the agencies fees, which I was just notified of, I am over budget. So none of the actors that this agency has to offer will ever get the chance to work with me, which is a shame as they had some good ones.

I did some work on the legit side of things out in Hollywood, back in the day worked for a major studio. I have many good friends who still work in the industry. Hollywood Agencies/Managers take a small percentage of their clients pay. They don't charge the studios, producers fees for the use of their clients. That's how it works in the legitimate world. But because we are non union, and 'porn', these agents and managers get away with this shit. And it pisses me off to no end. Actors should have the ability to work with whom they want! But as I said, will lose opportunities to work with great studios who can't justify additional pay and fees. Not everyone is a ChiChi Channel 1 studio. It takes many, many years to achieve this status.

So take some very good advice new actors, think long and hard before you sign on with one of these agencies. I realize you as an actor don't care what they charge the studios, but for the smaller studios like myself, who pay the going per scene rate, won't be able to work you with your agency fees in place. Smaller studios like myself can be quite beneficial as we film constantly and will use you a great deal more than a larger studio. So in the long run, you can make more money working for a smaller studio who will use you 5 times more than a larger studio who may pay you a few hundred more per scene and use you once or twice.

Agents must be insured and bonded in each state where they do business. If they aren't, they aren't legal or legit. They can't run their businesses out of their homes. They must have a separate place of business. There are laws and regulations put in place for agencies to protect actors such as yourself. It matters not that it's not Hollywood, an agent and agency still must adhere to the regulations. So do your homework guys, and do what you feel is right for your future.

This industry needs a legit agency out there really really badly. I wish I had the time to do it myself!

Afton Nills Still Recovering

We just wanted to update everyone on Afton's condition. He was scheduled to film the second week of July, however due to his illness has been postponed until further notice.

Afton caught a bad case of the flu on Saturday, the 27th and has been confined to bed ever since. His recovery is moving along slowly, but surely.

If you've tried to contact Afton regarding July's shoot, or Twinklight, please look for a reply sometime next week when we expect him to be back up and running.

Thanks

Twinklight Update

Lots have been asking for an update on Twinklight, so I thought I'd take a few moments and share the progress.

Twinklight is set to be released in October 2009. We are currently in the middle of a re-write on the script. The first draft turned out great, but I've decided I want this to be more of a love story, rather than the lead character's transformation.

Philippe Delvaux is still on board as the lead vampire. Levon Meeks, Kaiden Ertelle, Chase Harding, Lucas Sky and Shane Frost will also be appearing in the film. I'm running one last audition for the remaining roles and extras in July.

I will be filming in August and the first part of September finishing up in time for an October release.

Cheers,

Afton

Rant: Actors who THINK they are Porn Stars!

I don't do a lot of blogging sharing my opinions and feelings on the industry, etc. So I've decided to start taking some time to jot down some of the shit just to get it out of my head. Lot's ask me for my opinion and advice, so here we go.

I'm told every single day by someone new, Afton you have the greatest job ever, I would so want your job. I'm flattered, I am. But in all honesty, it's an extremely stressful job. Making porn with 18 to 21 year old gay guys is not at all what you might think! But I won't go there with this rant...

My first rant, actors who think because they work in the industry, they are automatically a 'porn star'. Ugh, this is so annoying. I suppose there are many different opinions out there. But to me, a porn star establishes himself in the industry as a grade A performer. Someone with a huge following, not someone who sells 10 DVD's because they are on the cover. Someone who reaches the masses. An actor who's cock is hard from the start to finish of a scene. An actor that has the ability to show emotion with each fuck. Not someone who has the inability to speak, grunt, moan when they are taking 8" of hard manhood up their ass. I want my bottoms to be hard, tops to get hard without the need of a fucking blue pill. At the age of 18 to 21, needing something like that to get hard? It's just wrong.

In the twink industry, who comes to mind as being a porn star? Brent Corrigan. Why? Well I'm sure most would agree, he is one hot fucking guy. He keeps his body in great shape, is well groomed from head to toe, has that young, guy next door look. And let's not forget that he knows how to fuck and get fucked. Plain and simple, Brent Corrigan gets it. Let's also not forget that he has a massive following. He may not be the best 'actor', but bottom line, he's a great performer as a porn actor. He is, what I consider a porn star.

You can go out and get yourself a manager, or an agent and work with all the big studios, but that does not make you a fucking star. It's not who you work for, or who you work with. It doesn't matter how much money you get paid per scene. It comes down to how you are as a performer and how you do your job as an actor. Porn is about fantasy. Does the actor bring the fantasy to life? When he's fucking is he making your mouth water? Giving you the boner that tells yourself you must whack off to him? I realize looks are huge, body types, some cock size, asses, etc. But really, what it really comes down to is the actor's ability to perform during sex. We all try to get these guys to act, some good scripts, others great, and the rest shit, and some of these guys do great, and try really hard. But it's porn, it's about his ability to fuck and get fucked. I mean that's what we are all whacking off to. So for me, Porn Stars must be the best cock suckers, butt fuckers, bottoms on the planet, well at least make it appear as such.

There are too many guys who try to break into this industry who simply, do not get it! Go to all of the parties, pride events, market the hell out of yourself! But before you do, make sure you're a performer who can deliver. Because without that, you're just wasting everyone's time, energy and money. Take it seriously, dig in and work your ass off. And maybe, just maybe, you'll make porn star status.

For all you actors out there who are thinking of getting into this industry. Think long and fucking hard before you do. People want to watch you fuck, and most importantly have a good time when you're doing it. Put in 115%, take it seriously as you do any job, and you'll go a lot farther and have a lot more fun. Make sure you enjoy having sex, because, well, that's what this industry is about.

-Afton

Twinked Out Of His Mind, Now Available Online

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 233px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_5hpWFOI3H4Y/Shx-q7QqwZI/AAAAAAAAAT4/vyj_nXTJzzw/s400/toohm_3d.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5340282534081773970" />

Ethan Storm leads this hot new cast of twinks.

Scene 1: Ethan Storm, Maddox Johnson, Kaiden Ertelle

Two hot twinks, Storm and Johnson are in the locker room after a hard days work in gym class. Storm starts to undress and notices that Johnson is checking him out. He turns to confront him, asking him if there's anything he wants to see. We all know where we go from there. Storm flops out his huge uncut cock, and Johnson begins to blow him. Meanwhile, Ertelle enters from the shower, notices what's going on, and decides to hide behind the locker and pleasure himself. Soon enough, Storm takes notice and demands he join the fun. Johnson continues to blow both actors before moving to the bench where Johnson rims Ertelle for a bit. Storm after he's had enough watching, rams his huge cock into Ertelle until they both blow their loads onto Ertelle's stomach.

Scene 2: Kayden Daniels & Maddox Johnson

Daniels & Johnson are showering alone after gym class. They exchange some dialog about being the only ones left in school, so Daniels comes up with something fun for them both. A pissing content, where the winner gets blown and gets to fuck the other. Daniels wins the contest and they both move over to the bench where Johnson blows Daniels for a bit. Daniels then fucks the hell out of Johnson in missionary and stand up doggie until they both blow their hot loads all over Johnson.

Scene 3: Ethan Storm & Tyler Dawsen

Storm and Dawsen are seated on a couch where Storm is tutoring Dawsen. As they get into it, Storm decides to give hands on tutoring. The two begin to kiss, then Storm works his way down and blows Dawsen for a bit. Dawsen returns the favor, sucking, licking, rimming and fingering Storm until he blows his load onto himself.

Scene 4: Andy Kay & Atlanta Grey

Kay and Grey are in the class room. Kay, the perv teacher talking to Grey about being teased in class. Kay takes off Grey's glasses and tells him he doesn't think he's a geek. Kay goes and gets his camera and starts photographing Grey. He gets Grey to get naked posing him on his desk snapping shots. Kay works his way close to Grey where they kiss. Grey blows Kay for a bit until he blows his load into Grey's face. Grey gets up on the desk and jacks himself off onto himself.

Scene 5: Ethan Storm & Spencer London

Storm is writing on a chalkboard when London enters the room asking for the teacher.
